Initial evaluation —$100
A thorough musculoskeletal injury evaluation and preventative screening. Our licensed health care professional will evaluate for any range of motion, strength, and biomechanical deficits. A home exercise program is prescribed to correct any deficits or imbalances. Plan for 60-75 minutes
Follow Up Evaluation—$65
Offered within 1 month of initial evaluation.
A thorough musculoskeletal injury evaluation and preventative screening. Our licensed health care professional will re-evaluate for any range of motion, strength, and biomechanical deficits. The home exercise program is progressed and made for your indivdual needs. Plan for 45-60 minutes
Zoom Conference—$50
Option only for returning clients. Complete a video conference to review your current health and home exercise program and have any questions answered. Plan for 30 minutes.
Manual Therapy —$50
Experience the benefits that skilled athletic trainers can provide. Manual therapy techniques include massage, IASTM techniques, muscle energy technique, myofacial release, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy. Plan for 10-30 minutes.
Kinesiotaping —$5
Have kinesiotape applied by a trained professional. Benefits of kinesiotape include edema reduction, muscle activation, muscle inhibition, and postural cueing.

We are a traveling consultant business. Schedule a time and a licensed athletic trainer will come to your house. Improve yourself without having to leave home.
